If you are interested in stewarding a Meet or Temporary Holiday Site and planning to attend a site anyway, why don’t you volunteer to steward and get your sites fees paid by the club?

The whole process of stewarding is very rewarding for those that do take part.

It’s not a huge ask, the committee has done the hard work planning and leading activities, booking the meet and making sure everything is in place.

We need your help to take money on arrival, direct to the facilities and show people where to pitch.
